It's where we take all of those ideas discussed in the initial design meeting and create spaces for you that you're sure to love. We research, we brainstorm, we collaborate, we innovate. We draw up your plans
Creativity and design meets planning and construction. Designers, Engineers and Construction Managers meet to bring all of the ideas together to create your blueprints in the working drawings. Construction begins
This is the most exciting time of the whole process! Its the tangible part of the process where our property owners get to see how their design and creativity starts to take shape. Our respected and professional teams of sub-contractors work in collaboration with the Metro Group Team, planning each stage of construction carefully. The slab is poured, the blocks go up and the roof is on, homeowners truly get to feel that their blueprint is becoming their dream home!
Meetings to make it perfect
This phase runs simultaneously with the construction phase. At Metro Group, we welcome you to stop by your home and follow its progress. It's our hope that as the foundation and framework of your new home grow stronger, so does our relationship. You'll meet with our Construction and Design Teams along the way to solidify your vision. You'll meet with various trades to put the finishing touches on the details and begin to design your custom pool and custom landscape packages.

Design-Build is a method of project delivery in which one entity – the design-build team – works under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services.
